For the best results when printing with PEI 9085, it is essential to use 3D printers adapted for processing high-temperature materials (e.g., PEEK, PEKK, PEI). It is also important to use a heated chamber to ensure even heat distribution. Recommended printing parameters include:

• Nozzle temperature: 350-380°C
• Bed temperature: 160°C
• Chamber temperature: >80°C
• Printing speed: 30-60 mm/s
• Adhesive agent: Magigoo Pro HT
• Drying conditions: 120°C / 6 hours – higher drying temperatures may lead to spool deformation
