How to Print with PolyLight 1.0?

For optimal results, we recommend setting:

  • Nozzle Temperature: 210 to 250 °C
  • Heated Bed: 55 to 60 °C
  • Extrusion Multiplier: Set between 0.35 to 1 to influence the foaming factor.

To minimize stringing, we recommend using the spiral vase mode or optimizing seam position. Disabling retraction can prevent nozzle clogging. Using 3DLabPrint profiles for Prusa Slicer will achieve optimal results.

Packaging

PolyLight 1.0 is supplied in a standard diameter of 1.75 mm with an accuracy of ± 0.05 mm, ensuring reliable and consistent printing. Each spool is carefully packaged to protect against external influences.
