Spectrum HIPS-X is a highly durable filament designed for 3D printing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)/FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) technology. This material excels in its high impact strength and impact resistance. This makes it suitable for printing parts that need to withstand demanding conditions and partially absorb energy.

HIPS-X is most commonly used as a support material when printing with ABS. After printing is complete, the support structures made of HIPS-X can be easily dissolved in a D-Limonene solution. Additionally, HIPS-X can also be used as a primary printing material with low shrinkage during cooling.

• Printing speed: 40-100 mm/s
• Recommended wall thickness: 0.40 - 2.70mm
• Recommended layer height: 0.05 - 0.30mm
• Fan speed: 0-20%
• Enclosed chamber: Recommended for larger prints
• Adhesives: Not necessary, but for better adhesion, you can use Dimafix, 3DLac, or Magigoo.

Packaging

The Spectrum HIPS-X filament is wound on a clean, transparent spool that contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. Each spool is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber, and the entire product is packed in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging.
